A recent study suggested that artificially sweetened soft drinks actually have a negative impact on weight and other health issues. Aspartame is the most common sweetener used in diet sodas. A random sample of diet sodas was obtained and the amount of aspartame in an 8-ounce can was recorded for each (in mg). The data are given in the following table.

Assume the underlying population is normal.

a. Is there any evidence to suggest that the mean amount of aspartame in an 8-ounce can of diet soda is greater than 65 mg? Use a = 0.01.
