While I am very experienced in my area of expertise, as a new entrepreneur there will be financial decisions that need to made in our business that I'm not used to making. Not that I'm scared, I just lack the in place procedure that I have in place for most everything else. I will look to build a team who knows better than I the intricacies of finance and be a decision facilitator, rather than a hard and fast decison maker in this particular business area. (finance).
