Al Noor is a family-owned electrical appliances company that has grown tremendously over the past few years. However, the company is struggling to prepare for future growth. The only information system used in the light is an antique accounting system. The company has one factory. And three warehouses. Al Noor's sales force is national, and Al Noor purchases about a third of its parts and materials from a single external supplier.

You have been appointed to recommend the information systems Al Noor must implement in order to maintain its competitive edge. However, there are not enough funds to implement a multifunctional integrated enterprise, and you would need to limit the first step to a single functional area or single constituency.
