Performance in any organization exists at multiple levels. The most basic level of performance is that of the individual employee. Firm level performance is an indication of a company's chances of a long-term survival and strong company performance. This week we focused on non-monetary performance enhancement techniques used to improve firm level performance. Examples include training and development,job redesign, and alternative work arrangements.
