A value off the buret with water inside my class results are 11.21, 11.23, 11.23, 11.23, 11.23, 11.24, 11.24, 11.25, 11.25, 11.25, 11.25, 11.25, 11.26, 11.28, 11.28, 11.29, 11.30 from increasing order.

In order to reject suspect data use the Q test. Why values fall lower than the 90 % confidence level so does that mean use all the values to calculate. And when do the Q test do use the repeated values also?
