A series of caffeine standards ranging from 40-200 mg/L will be used to prepare a calibration curve for an HPLC analysis. The average brewed cup of coffee contains 453 mg/L caffeine. What volume (in ml) of coffee should be diluted to 25ml prior to analysis using only standard transfer pipets with integer values from 1-10ml?
