Bo and Aaron are professional baseball players. Aaron hits the ball out to left field and runs towards second base. Bo catches the ball and tries to tag Aaron but injures him. Although hobbling, Aaron tells Bo, he is "going to pay for that!" and punches him. Bo hits Aaron behind the head with the base, and Aaron becomes unconscious.
While this is occurring, Buck the Broadcaster is heard announcing on live television, "I would expect something like this from Aaron because I know he beat Sander within an inch of his life at the game last week". Buck was not correct in his statement, as it was Gian who was the player who beat up Sander. Dan, the other Broadcaster reminds Buck that it was Gian who beat up Sander. Buck immediately apologizes and corrects his statement on live television.
Aaron is then taken to the hospital where Dr. McGraw is treating him. Even though Aaron complains about headaches, Dr. McGraw does not do a cat-scan on his skull and only treated the arm injury; he then released Aaron.
A few hours later, Aaron returned to the hospital for bleeding in his skull and suffered a career-ending brain injury. If Dr. McGraw had done a cat-scan, the bleeding would have been detected with enough time to prevent the disastrous outcome.
