A buffer solution consists of 0.075M of formic acid and 0.050M of sodium formate. Ka= 1.8*10^-4, what is the pH of the buffer solution and what is the ratio of acid to conjugate base in order to decrease the pH by 1.00 unit from the value calculated of the buffer solution.
