"What is the pH of Na3PO4? While this is a triprotic species, you may ignore two of the Ka's and concentrate on the single Ka that is appropriate for this problem."
I don't even know how to go about starting this. This analytical chemistry course is killing me. Any help would truly be appreciated! There is an appendix in the back of the book with different Ka's for different acids and bases, but nothing that's close to what I'm looking for.
A reaction is initiated at 30°C by dissolving 0.2M fructose-1-phosphate in an aqueous solution. When the reaction reaches equilibrium the concentration of fructose-1-phosphate is 6.52 x 10-5M.
A 4.305-gram sample of a nonelectrolyte is dissolved in 105 grams of water. The solution freezes at -1.23°C. Calculate the molecular weight of the solute. Kf for water = 1.86°C/m.
Carbohydrates have the general formula Cn(H2)m. What is disaccharides? Is it n=12 and m=12 or m=n+1 or m=n-1 or m=n
Subtract one from the other. In what direction do the functions point? What orbitals are "left" unused on the C atom?
