Each week, you will be asked to respond to the prompt or prompts in the discussion forum. Your initial post should be 150-200 words in length, and is due on Sunday. By Tuesday, you should respond to two additional posts from your peers.

Think about a problem you have been faced with at a current or former work environment. Using this topic, present an annotated bibliography of TWO scholarly sources in APA format.

As stated in the lecture, you will eventually need a total of four sources, so if you find additional sources now, feel free to incorporate them.

Share the problem you identified at work and your research question. (2-3 sentences total).

Describe your search: What database and what keywords did you use? (1 sentence)

Create and Attach your annotated bibliography of two sources using MS Word.

Keep in mind, each bibliographic entry

Should begin with a proper APA citation.

Should be a scholarly source from the Grantham library.

Should state the purpose of the article. (1 sentence)

Should summarize the article's main ideas/findings/conclusions. (2 sentences).

Should include your critique of the article - how is it useful to answering your question? Were findings valid? (2 sentences).

In your follow-up posts to at least two of your peers, examine the problem and the question.

Try to find and respond to some that connect to your own questions/challenges. Share why you selected to respond to their question.

How does it relate to you? Is it an area of interest or did you experience a similar question at one time? Is it new and intriguing?

Offer a suggestion on different keywords, databases, and/or related topics or questions that might lead your peer to even more information on their topic.

Open the annotated bibliography attachment. Politely and professionally offer one APA correction. (if applicable) or compliment your peer on a perfect citation.
