Question: Corporate Powers. Inter Bel Telephone Co-operative, Inc., is a Montana corporation organized under the Montana Rural Electric and Telephone Cooperative Act. Moose web Corp. is an Internet service provider that has been owned and operated by Fred Weber since 1996. Inter Bel began to offer Internet service in 1999, competing with Moose web in Lincoln County.
