The rate of reaction indicates the speed at which the reaction can occur. It can be expressed in terms of a change in the concentration of reactants or products per unit of time:

The rate of reaction can be expressed either as a decrease in the concentration of a reactant per unit of time or as an increase in the concentration of a product per unit of time.

rate=concentrationchenge/time change

a) consider the follwing reaction:
2A+3B---->3C+2D
use the following data to determine the average rate of raction between time0 s and 20s
time(s) 0 20 40
[A](M) 0.0800 0.0480 0.0360

express answere in molar concentration persecond to three significant figures.
