Executive Summary

This project will provide a review of influence processes amongst three Chief Executive Officers and an in-depth analysis of their influence processes.

It is important to understand the concept of influence processes to aide in recognizing the processes leaders use to impact their organization. The three leaders examined in this project are Amazon's CEO, Jeff Bezos, Zappos' CEO, Tony Hsieh, and General Motors' CEO, Mary Barra.

The findings will reflect the concept of influence processes while explaining the role of influence in contemporary leadership.

The methodology used to identify and research the leaders in this report will be revealed. Lastly, the strengths and weaknesses of the three leaders' influence processes and a summary of key attributes used by the leaders to effect positive change or improved performance will be assessed.

An executive summary is normally written after the project is complete.
