The purpose of this assignment is to develop students' ability to explain and apply the principles of ethical and guest-centred service in evaluating and redesigning contemporary hospitality experiences that align with guest needs and promote sustainability. Students may also benefit from understanding Customer Service Management concepts when evaluating guest-centred service practices.
