With human resource issues skyrocketing, burnout at an all-time high, erosion of employee loyalty costing firms millions of dollars a year in replacement and retraining, organizational secrets being lost due to sabotage and defections, and lawsuits and other forms of retribution by disaffected employees increasing, the impact of an organization's culture on individuals is a significant concern.

For this discussion, select a mega corporation, like McDonald's or Disney, or a local organization, like a city school or a county office. Give an example of a change initiative that was implemented by this organization and evaluate its effect on the organization's culture. Your post should be at least 300 words.
