Here are the definitions:

Consideration - Explain the extent to which the leader cares about subordinates, respects their ideas and feelings, and establishes mutual trust. Showing appreciation, listening carefully to problems, and looking input from subordinates regarding significant decisions are all examples of consideration behaviors.

Initiating Structure - explain the extent to which the leader is task oriented and directs subordinates' work activities toward goal achievement. This kind of leader behavior comprises directing tasks, getting people to work hard, planning, providing explicit schedules for work activities, and ruling with iron hand.
