Question: Eric Baker, who had agreed in his employment application to resolve any employment-related dispute through arbitration, was fired after suffering a seizure on the job. Baker did not initiate arbitration proceedings. Instead, he filed a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
