Scenario
Assume that you have been selected as a Junior Information System and Communication Consultant in a stable,well-establishedorganization in one of the following industries after successfully completing your higher education in Business Management.

Please note that the selected organization should utilize the benefits from the implemented information systems to a satisfactory level.

The first task you have been assigned is to identify, analyze and evaluate the current usage of information systems within their dynamic business environment and find out the problems and issues to recommend better solutions for a smooth functioning. The format criteria and guideline is provided by the management. The findings should be presented in a formal report format to the senior management in next meeting.

1. Describe the information used in different levels of management in the organization and identify the type and sources of the information available

2. Explain the communication process happen within the organization (manual and systematic) and modern communication trends, tools and techniques introduced to the organization in recent times

3. Discuss with examples, the information rights determined by the organization to the employees depending on the level,and Explain the professional code of conduct in processing information in the organization

4. Evaluate the internet challenges which lead to threat of privacy to employees and the business

5. Discuss how your company can move to a better business models using information communication technology

6. Assess the importance of Data Protection Act in relation to United Kingdom Data Protection and Cyber Crime Act to get an understanding about the legal framework defined by the law to reduce the issues related to information and systems within a business environment

7. Find out about following information technology aspects and provide a brief description about each.
