Present a 6 page double spaced (times roman 12 font)paper(not including a reference page) that analyzes the changes in a major business organization (Bank of America, Southwest Airlines, Best Buy Stores, etc.) based on the turbulent business environmental conditions today. The analysis should reflect how the organization has changed operations (down-sizing, right-sizing, new product development, changed processes, governmental actions including laws, etc.) with respect to trends, issues, and problems that were driving the changes. Determine the changes that the organization has implemented, or needs to implement to remain competitive within the industry, and describe them using one of the change models defined in the course text. Furthermore, assess the effectiveness of the changes as you understand them. Use at least four external sources to support your conclusions.
