The energy of activation of an uncatalyzed reaction is 60 kJ/mol. The energy of activation is reduced to 25 kJ/mol for the enzyme catalyzed reaction. Please calculate the rate constant of the catalyzed and uncatalyzed reactions. How many folds of rate enhancement are produced by the enzyme?
