Case Study: Multi-agency partnerships work at local level to develop policies and procedures whichsafeguard vulnerable individuals by promoting good practice. Whilst the rights of allindividuals should be protected, vulnerable individuals who use health and social careservices are amongst those most at risk of abuse or neglect.
