Saturated acetone vapor enters a heat exchanger at a rate of 8.40 L/s and 1 atm, and emerges from the heat exchanger as a saturated liquid at the same pressure. Water at 1 atm enters the heat exchanger at 10.5 C and at a rate of 9.48 mol/s. Assume that the heat exhanger operates adiabatically with the respect to its surroundings.

a) At what temperature does acetone enter the heat exchanger?

b) What is the heat of vaporization of acetone at this temperature?

c) Using the ideal gas law to calculate the moles of acetone entering the heat exchanger? (This one I know is just PV = nRT and we have all but n (except temperature comes from part a) which I'm not sure how to get to)

d) Assume that the heat capacity of water for the temperature rangere in the heat exchanger is constant at 7.54x10^-2 kJ/mol C) What is the temperature of water leaving the heat exchanger?
