Case Study: The promotion strategy applied by an organization defines the level of competitiveness. Nyara Company Ltd is out to introduce a new consumer product in a market where competitors have fully positioned themselves with substitutes. The management has hired you to advise on promotion strategies that the company may opt to take in order to deal with competition.
