NaOH solution is used to determine the amount of Mg(OH)2 in a sample of milk of magnesia, (molairty of NaOH is 1.172M). A 10.0 gram sample of milk of magnesia is required with 8.00 mL of 6.00 M HCl. The excess HCl required 17.56 mL of NaOH. What is the % Mg(OH)2 in milk of magnesia?
