Building upon the policy goal describe the political feasibility of the following- i. What are/were the political hurdles in passing the bill (Sarbanes-Oxley) into law. ii. Identify the major benefit and major cost associated with Sarbanes-Oxley.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of making speedy decisions in a changing business environment? What are the trade-offs?
Explain What does a Porter's Five Forces Analysis suggest in terms of industry attractiveness and What does a Competitive Dynamics Analysis suggest about the nature of competition in this industry?
Describe how each of these three styles impacts followers in an organization and give a description of participative leadership, delegation, and empowerment
