Question- The redox reaction for the question below can be balanced without the spectator ions. The overall reaction in acidic solution is as follows: Iron(II) ions react with permanganate ions to produce iron(III) ions and manganese(II) ions. What volume of 0.10 M KMnO4 solution would be required to oxidize 20 mL of 0.10 M FeSO4 solution in acidic solution? Fe2+ is oxidized to Fe3+ and one of the reduction products is Mn+2.
