You have been hired to develop a strategy that will be followed to develop a tactical plan to address the recent low results on the Employee Satisfaction Survey. You were recently hired by Acme Manufacturing, and as such know little of the organizational culture or norms. However, there are several hundred employees at the work site. For your strategy to be effective you need to assemble a team, one that you will use to gather information that you need, as well as to enlist their help on ideas and methods that will work best with the employees of Acme Manufacturing. But - who do you ask to be on your team?
