We are reviewing some of the theories that psychologists use to explain human behavior. For instance, Social Learning Theory is used in the Criminal Justice system, while Cognitive Behavioral Theory is used in hospital, health care and mental health, and, behavioral theory is prominent in time management and addiction.

Every theory explains every behavior. Some focus more on nature, some focus more on nurture and some are a mixture of the two in some level or other. Review each theory to be applied in our first Discussion this week. Theories and Perspectives are explained in Chapter 1
