For certain clients their reason to seek the help of a personal trainer is to help improve performance and fitness for athletic participation. For these clients a basic performance assessment can be valuable for determining if they are ready to participate in sports, and what level of training they are currently ready for.

For this assignment:

1. List 5 assessments you would be likely to conduct with most athletes. 2. Explain your rationale for selecting each of these assessments in 5-6 sentences per assessment.

3. Explain at least one specific assessment you would add for each of the following sports:

a. baseball
b. football
c. cross country
