Alfresco Dining is a large café owned by Mary Lau. The Head Chef is Paz Lopez. Mary would like to develop a new menu that appeals to current and upcoming food trends and run a marketing campaign in her local geographical area to attract new patrons to her café. Alfresco Dining uses Marketing Plus Pty Ltd for their promotional campaigns.
The new menu will need to be tested, to ensure it is appealing, appetising and on-trend. The kitchen and food service employees will need training so they understand the new menu and can make recommendations to customers. Jenny Lim is a senior employee who usually conducts training.
The menu will also need to be priced correctly. A promotional campaign is also needed to attract customers.
