Evaluate the efficacy of the policy. Consider these guiding questions:
To what extent does the policy align to its intended purpose?
Are the goals and objectives of the policy attainable?
What are some challenges or successes associated with the policy?
What are some intended or unintended consequences of the policy?

Social Welfare Programs and Policies

Describe the problem's relevance regarding social welfare programs and policies. Consider these guiding questions:

Is there a role for social work? If so, what is it?
Is the problem adequately addressed by current social welfare policies and programs? Is there more or less that should be done?

Future Action

Recommend 1 change or a new approach to the problem. Justify the response.
