Question: The biopsychosocial assessment includes a client''s biological, psychological, social, work, education, and medical history. As a new medical social worker in a community medical facility, you have been assigned three new clients:

Jon is a heterosexual White male client who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Mary is a bisexual female Native American client who has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Kevin is an African-American heterosexual male who has been diagnosed with trichotillomania.

After conducting your research, share the psychological histories that align to each disorder. Explain how the psychological histories can be used to inform intervention recommendations to a multidisciplinary team in a medical facility.
