In recent years, the concept of competitive advantage has taken center stage in discussions of business strategy. There is much talk about competitive advantage, but a precise definition is hard to come by. In reviewing the use of the term “competitive advantage” in the strategy literature, the common theme is value creation. However, there is not much agreement on when and for whom this value creation occurs. In this discussion, you will be able to express your thoughts on value creation in addition to competitive advantage.
