Question- You will find below the catalytic triad of chymotrypsin, along with a peptide located in the substrate-binding site of the enzyme. Provide a detailed answer to the following questions

Part- a) Explain how the enzyme recognizes the correct amino acid side chain located next to the peptide bond to be cleaved;

Part- b) Explain how the enzyme recognizes the correct peptide bond to cleave (i.e. N- vs C-terminal side of the target amino acid);

Part- c) Explain each of the steps leading to the cleavage of the peptide bond.

NOTE- You don't have to show how the enzyme is regenerated.
