• Explain how success will be defined and measured in a way that maps back to organizational objectives.

• Make the case for the investment by citing best practices and statistics as appropriate.

Stakeholders:

Internal Stakeholders: Girls Who Code staff, board of directors, volunteers, sponsors, and donors.

External Stakeholders: Girls Who Code participants and alumni, parents, teachers, coordinators, and industry partners.

SWOT Analysis:

Strengths: Girls Who Code is a leading organization in closing the gender gap in computing. They have strong brand recognition and a loyal following, as well as a large network of partners and sponsors. They have a well-defined mission and set of values that align with the organization's goals.
