Explain how each of the four "I"s of Services apply to TruGreen ChemLawn lawn care service:

For example: the four "I"s of Services apply to getting your teeth cleaned at the Dentist office thefollowing ways:

Intangibles: The intangibles at the dentist office include the personality of the Dental Hygienist, thegentleness of the cleaning, the accuracy of the x-rays, etc. The tangibles at the dentist office includeoffice décor, furnishings, cleaning utensils, etc.

Inseparability: It is hard to separate the actual cleaning from the Dental Hygienist who is performingthe teeth cleaning. If I don't like her personality I may not be happy with the teeth cleaning.

Inconsistency: It is hard for the Dental Hygienist to provide exactly the same service every time.Sometimes she may be tired, hurried, etc. affecting the teeth cleaning she provides.

Inventory: The Dentist office cannot store dental cleanings for busy times, the Dental Hygienist canonly work on one patient at a time.

Also, the customer (patient) cannot store dental cleanings. Eachtime the patient's teeth need to be cleaned they must come to the office to have the serviceperformed.
