A new solid Ni(II) octahedral complex has been synthesized containing only chloride and ammonia as ligands. When 9.64x10-4 moles of this complex is dissolved into 425.0 mL of the water, you find that 19.22 mL of 0.1000 M HCl is needed to reach a titration endpoint. What is the final formula?
