An elevator speech is very often a kind of speech that talks about "Your" thoughts, beliefs or experience about the subject, with references to articles and published fact. It should be written in a direct way, in sentences, not just point form, not have extra adjectives or "flowery" words. However, it must convince your listener that the content is correct and you believe it. Normally it is an actual verbal presentation and can have attached slides. Write it as a speech, then present it verbally to a friend or relative to ensure it is within the prescribed time limit. For this assignment you are writing a short speech and submitting it in writing,
An elevator pitch, elevator speech, or elevator statement is a short description of an idea, product, subject or theory that explains the concept in a way such that any listener can understand it in a short period of time.
1. Explain what Ethics is.
2. Should a person use the same ethics in their personal life as in their professional life? Explain your answer.
3. There are a number of things that influence a person's Ethics. Explain one that you feel impacts you the most and why.
4. Explain your ethical philosophy (code of ethics, code of conduct). If you haven't thought about this before, do so now and explain what you want it to be.
