I have an assignment on employment relations in Australia, this is the essay question: "Based on their statements about the workplace and employment relations during the election campaign, what are the theoretical assumptions that the newly elected government bring to employment relations? Discuss some of the implications of that perspective".

I just wanted to know if the Coalition leans towards a more pluralist or unitarist perspective of empoloyment relations and having identified the 'persepctive' what are the implications for the future?
