Write an analysis addressing the following:

You realize that you need a digital dashboard to help you operate the cafe. Create a list of all of the tasks you would want to track in your digital dashboard that would help you run the cafe. Be sure to justify how each component would help you gain insight into the operations of the cafe and flag potential issues that could ruin your business.

For example, what applications would be most helpful? How would you track the number of customers in your business? What about orders? How will you track what food you need to purchase each week?

Explain three customer-facing processes and three business-facing processes associated with your business. Be sure to detail why the process is customer facing or business facing.

After some observing, it is apparent to you that the customer order process needs to be revised, if you are to be successful. Create a To-Be process model that explains how a customer's order goes from the waitstaff taking the order to being it delivered to his/her table.
