Problem

Establish and Operate Expeditionary Advanced Bases - To seize or occupy, establish, operate, sustain, and disestablish one or more expeditionary sites in support of naval operations, to include, but not limited to: ports, airfields, FARPs, forward operating bases, and firing areas. This task may include reducing pockets of resistance, establishing security, and operating the site(s) until the site is disestablished or control is transferred to another organization. You are the Distribution Liaison Cell Chief, assigned to 11th MEU. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) has tasked the 11th MEU to Establish and Operate an Expeditionary Advanced Base (EAB) on the island of Tinian. The 11th MEUs task includes, but is not limited to: establish, operate, sustain, one or more expeditionary sites including ports, airfields, FARPs, forward operating bases, and firing areas in support of naval operations. This task includes operating the site(s) until the site is disestablished or control is transferred to another organization. Additionally, the ARG/MEU have decided to establish a Combat Service Support Area (CSSA) aboard the island.
