A buffer system is created by first neutralizing the supernatant solution containing Pb2+, Fe3+, Ca2+, Cu2+, ad K+ ions with 6M NH3 solution, and then adding an equal additional volume of 6M NH3 solution. Explain what forms of NH3 were present in the final solution, their relative concentrations, and how they could function as a buffer.
