Conflict is a part of everyday life, especially with projects. As a project manager, you are expected to control and manage conflict. Think of a conflict that occurred in a team you were a part of and analyze it according to the Conflict Mode Model (Exhibit 8-3), page 83 of the Making the Team textbook. Taking a look at your firm, identify what improvements they will need to make in order to be a more diverse organization. Justify your response.
