Another texting teen was killed on a crosswalk. Who is at fault in these incidents, and do we need legal restrictions for distracted walkers who text?
4. Media company ESPN recently created an official policy for social networking that affects all its prominent talent. The core message: "Assume at all times you are representing ESPN." Some sports bloggers have criticized the rules as too strict.
