Question: The authors spend a lot of time in this chapter documenting the many, many ideas generated by Amazon over the years. They state, "Curiosity is an event; creativity is a sustained pattern." The authors also state that "Your job as a leader is to turn personal curiosity into sustained organizational creativity." Further, they state that "without a well-tuned innovation pipeline in place, your organization may not be able to keep up with the fast-changing needs of your customers or the radical disruption created by technological advancement." With those statements in mind, review the 6 steps that you can take to increase your personal curiosity. Think of a recent innovation event at your organization at Clark University and describe how Clark University worked through these 6 steps. Describe the innovation in detail, so that I can understand the context and detail what went wrong and what went right, with each of the 6 steps.
