Because of one bakery's excellent location and product, demand has increased 25% in the last year. On many occasions, customers cannot buy their favourite breads because there are not enough produced. Because of the location, no more ovens can be added. An employee suggests to change the loading of the ovens so more can be loaded in at one time. The new process would require the loaves to be loaded by hand, thus increasing manpower. If the bakery makes 1,500, loaves per month; with a labor productivity of 2,344 loaves per labor hour, how many workers will they need to add? (Hint: Each employee works 160 hours per month).
