Use your textbook and the additional readings to examine the views of European conservatives and liberals during the first half of the nineteenth century. In an essay of at least 600 words, evaluate the successes and failures of the Congress of Vienna/Concert of Europe based upon the two views: conservative and liberal. Remember that during this period the terms 'conservative' and 'liberal' did not hold the same meaning as they do today.
