To help Jared, you have decided to analyze the (CASE BELOW) project with which he is already familiar. You have chosen this case because it is particularly instructive in terms of the role of the public in policy development, and you believe that it contains important lessons that can be applied to the revitalization project. You plan to focus on the following stakeholder groups discussed in the case:
