Compare your findings with the recommendations in your textbook.Note areas in which your fat and protein consumption is adequate and deficient. Explain how the foods you consume are contributing positively or negatively to your diet and health, using at least 2 specific examples.Make suggestions for how to improve your fatand protein consumption by providingat least 7 specific examples.
