Purpose
This assignment aims to help the student to critically appraise advanced nursing practice leadership from an ethic of care perspective. As future DNP leaders, DNP students are expected to promote patient-centered care based on interprofessional collaboration, to formulate strategies to increase such interprofessional collaboration. Additionally, this assignment will help the student explore ethical dilemma outcomes of organizational and leadership behavior that have an adverse impact on interprofessional collaboration and on patient-centered quality care.
